Pool Policies
  • Family Swim
Family swim will only be cancelled because of inclement weather.  Reminder: Family swim is for families, parent or guardian (18+) must accompany child. 
  • Storms
If a severe thunderstorm or tornado warning is issued, for either Fillmore or Olmsted County, the pool will immediately close.  If thunder is heard or lightening seen by staff the pool will immediately close until one half hour after the last thunder is heard or flash of lightning is seen.  If it is after 3 p.m. the pool will close for the remainder of that session.  If it is after 7:45 p.m. the pool will close for the night.  If heavy rains are present, the pool will clear until the rain is passed.
  • Temperature
If the noon temperature is not at least 65 degrees according to the Rochester International Airport, the pool will not open for the afternoon session.  Opening for the evening session will be re-evaluated at 6:30 p.m.  Exemptions will apply for swimming lessons, water aerobics and family swim.
  • Unsafe Conditions
If a condition that is not safe is found, the pool will close until the situation is corrected, or directed by the state health department standards.

Pool Rental Information
The pool may be rented for one or two hours for private parties. In addition to times below, rentals may be available weekday mornings when lessons are not in session.

NEW IN 2026:
Our policy is changing for how we are processing reservations. The process will be as follows:
  1. The ability for making reservations will open at 2pm 4/24/2026. Any requests from before that time will be declined.
  2. Make your request for the date and time of the reservation.
  3. If we cannot honor your request we will let you know.
  4. If we can honor your request, we will send you an approval email and you will have 3 business days to pay for the reservation in full. If payment is not made, the reservation will be cancelled.
  5. If you have to cancel your reservation:
    1. If cancelled more than 7 days from your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
    2. If cancelled 7 days or less from the reservation, you will forfeit $100, the rest will be refunded with the exception of inclement weather. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
  6. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

SATURDAY POOL RENTALS

2-HOUR RENTAL
            10:00 AM-12:00 noon on select dates
            6:30-8:30 PM 
             
SUNDAY POOL RENTALS

2-HOUR RENTAL
            11:00 AM-1:00 PM on select dates

WEEKDAY MORNING POOL RENTAL

Special rental arrangements can be made for weekday mornings between 8:45-11:45 AM if no lessons are scheduled.

1 Hour | Entire Facility | $200.00 up to 25 swimmers - $2.00 per additional

2 Hour | Entire Facility | $250.00 up to 25 swimmers - $4.00 per additional
